Our Story
Built to fix a broken industry
Nexus Towers started in 2010 as a small group of consultants reviewing cell tower leases for property owners. We kept seeing the same pattern: by the time landowners came to us, they had already signed away enormous value — often without realizing it. The carriers and tower companies knew exactly what each lease was worth. The landowner almost never did.
So we built the firm we wished had existed on day one — one that sits only on the landowner's side of the table, brings deep market data to every deal, and supports clients through lease reviews, buyout offers, amendments, renewals, and terminations across all 50 states. More than fifteen years later, that's still the work: leveling the field, one lease at a time.
